1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • The product has expired before the delivery date.

Note: Perishable goods like fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy products, and frozen items are not eligible for returns unless damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery.


2. Return Request Process

  • Contact our helpline within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order ID, product details, and reason for the return.

  • We may request images or videos as proof of damage/defect.


3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be initiated after successful verification of the returned product.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable food items (unless damaged/expired at delivery).

  • Products without original packaging or seal.

  • Items purchased on clearance or marked “non-returnable.”


5. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, you may opt for a replacement if the product is available in stock.
